The "ish" in the workshop titles points towards my values changing; I use dance to understand the world and myself better. So what I offer has basis and foundation in Hip-Hop and Contemporary, but I use those styles to calm the body, re-integrate, connect with others and the music and offer a space where you can relax and hang out with yourself (and your friends if you like!).
